Over the years, many changes have occurred, including the name of our facility. Formerly known as Watauga Nursing Center and most recently as Glenstone Health Care, we are building a bridge to our future with a new name, new facility, and new services.
In the midst of all our changes, one vital aspect remains constant, our commitment to provide high-quality care to the residents we serve. In order to provide a comfortable and supportive environment, we offer a variety of programs that strive to meet the needs of individuals who may require our services for rehabilitation or long-term care.
