The mission of Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation is to respect the rights of residents for independence, personal choice, dignity, and participation in decisions affecting his/her lifestyle. We recognize that residents are special people from diverse cultural backgrounds who deserve quality care and provide a lifestyle that will allow enjoyment of life and health. Our company strives to achieve a balance between the short term rehabilitative services and long term care in a home-like environment for our residents. Glenbridge values the leadership and expertise of our staff through empowerment that will lead to excellence in service.

Our purpose of QAPI in our facility is to take a proactive approach to continually improve the way we care for and engage with our residents, caregivers, and other partners so that we may realize our vision to create a family environment where residents, family members, and staff achieve happiness, health, and quality of life. To do this, all employees will participate in ongoing QAPI efforts that support our mission by continuously improving the quality of service we provide to those entrusted to our care. We will provide the highest quality of care efficiently and effectively while promoting independence and dignity for our residents. We will hire and retain personnel of ability, character, and dedication by providing excellent working conditions, training, leadership, and personal growth opportunities. We will inspire confidence, encourage community participation, and foster a sense of belonging within our community.
