Glenbridge Healthcare & Rehab Scored 100% Deficiency Free on COVID-19 Focus Survey.
On Monday, June 15, 2020, we received notice from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services that we were deficiency-free on the unannounced COVID-19 Focused Survey completed on June 4, 2020.
The COVID-19 Focused Survey found that our facility was compliant with all 42 infection control regulations, and implemented all of the recommended practices and procedures provided by the CMS and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for Long Term Care Facilities to control the spread of COVID-19.
We are blessed to say that we have not had any suspected nor confirmed cases in our facility as of the time of writing this article. In the case of a confirmed case of COVID-19, we have a sealed isolation unit that will help minimize exposure to our residents and staff.
” I am delighted with the staff here at Glenbridge; all departments have taken responsibility for the safety of our residents by ensuring precautions are taken. I am proud to announce our survey was deficiency-free, and that I am part of the Glenbridge Family!”
